  • Overview

    The Portfolio Management & Media Operations Team is a central team that works in conjunction with the Communications Planning, Investment and Analytics teams across clients. Responsibilities are across the portfolio of brands, with day to day client management as well as internal agency operations.

    The Assistant position is an entry level position in media, and as the Portfolio Team has an overview responsibility for all aspects of the client’s media business, is a great team to join to gain exposure to the different disciplines within media.


    • Assisting the Portfolio Team with presentations, media reporting, media evaluations, cascading of best practice, media operations and ad hoc ‘special projects’
    • Monthly portfolio level reporting of brand KPIs
    • Monthly and ad hoc competitive reporting
    • Management of video content for internal agency screens
    • Assisting with data compilation for global requests
    • Media Operations including managing software/tools such as Mediatools for the agency, rolling out process efficiencies and onboarding new hires plus ad hoc operations projects
    • Works closely with the Associates on the Portfolio Team who will provide guidance and mentoring


    • Solid numeric and Excel skills essential
    • Excellent data management capabilities
    • Strong attention to detail and multi tasker
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player, but also able to work independently
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision
